It is currently the most popular cleaning equipment in the world and has the best detection efect of visible foreign matter, During the entire water and gas pressure jet cleaning process,independent spray needles are used for the three media, Each spray needle is only fixed with one cleaning medium. The cleaning completes a flushing process and avoids cross-contamination.

An ultrasonic bottle washing machine is an automated cleaning machine that prepares glass and plastic bottles before filling. It works in three sequential stages: ultrasonic cavitation dislodges particles and residues bonded to the interior surfaces, water washing flushes the loosened debris out, and air blowing removes remaining moisture so bottles arrive at the filling station clean and dry.
How does ultrasonic cleaning work?
The ultrasonic system runs at 28 kHz and 0.6 kW, generating cavitation bubbles in the wash water. When these bubbles collapse against the bottle interior, they dislodge particles, residues, and films that water pressure alone cannot reach, including contamination deep inside small-diameter vials. This makes ultrasonic washing far more thorough than simple rinsing, especially for narrow-neck bottles.
What bottles can the machine clean?
The machine handles glass and plastic bottles for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and beverage applications. Bottle format is determined by the guide rail configuration: rails are adjusted or replaced to match different bottle diameters and shapes, and the suitable bottle size range is customized to your products. Send your bottle samples or drawings to confirm the configuration.
What is the difference between the HBXT-1S, 2S, and 3S models?
The models differ in bottle guide rail configuration: the 1S runs one rail, while the 2S and 3S run two and three rails respectively, allowing multiple bottles to be washed in parallel for higher throughput. Multiple rail configurations are relevant when processing several bottle formats or when a single-rail setup does not meet the required output. The rated speed is approximately 100 bottles per minute per rail.
Does the machine require an air compressor and water supply?
Yes. The air blowing stage requires an external air compressor supplying 0.6-0.8 MPa, which should be planned into the installation layout before commissioning. Water consumption is 0.15-0.45 m³/h depending on the wash cycle, and the water quality requirements can be reviewed with our engineers based on your application.
What is the production speed?
The machine reaches approximately 100 bottles per minute on a single rail, with actual output depending on bottle size and wash cycle duration. Larger bottles and longer cycles reduce throughput from the rated figure. If your line requires higher capacity, the multi-rail 2S or 3S configuration raises output proportionally.
Does washing also sterilize the bottles?
No. Ultrasonic washing removes particles and residues but is not a sterilization step. For pharmaceutical production, washed bottles should pass through a tunnel sterilization oven for dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation before entering the aseptic filling area, forming a complete washing-sterilizing-filling sequence.
What is the machine made of, and can it connect to a filling line?
The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, which handles continuous exposure to water and cleaning agents without degrading. Wash cycle parameters are managed from a touchscreen without mechanical adjustment between formats. The machine integrates in line with the tunnel sterilization oven and filling machine as one preparation stage in a continuous production sequence.
