Liquid Vial Filling Machine may combine filling liquid with vial feeding, liquid filling, stoppering, capping. It can also connected with freeze dryer after liquid filling with half stopper dryer into powder.

At the core of the line, the filling machine supports both peristaltic pumps and piston pumps: peristaltic pumping is ideal for small-volume, high-purity filling where the liquid only touches the tubing, while piston pumping handles a wider filling range and higher-viscosity products. With 2 to 20 filling heads and a filling range of 0.5 to 100 ml, the line can be configured to match different output targets and product characteristics. After liquid filling, vials can be half-stoppered and transferred directly into a freeze dryer for lyophilization, allowing the same line to serve both liquid injection and powder (freeze-dried) production.

1. Vial Infeed from the Tunnel
Sterilized and depyrogenated vials arrive from the tunnel sterilization oven and are transferred onto the machine conveyor, entering the filling zone in a continuous flow without manual handling.

2. Vial Positioning & Detection
The conveying system positions each vial precisely under the filling needles, and sensors confirm vial presence at every station — no vial, no filling, keeping the product path clean and avoiding waste.

3. Precision Dosing
The filling needles descend into the vial neck and dispense liquid at a controlled dosing rate, achieving a filling accuracy of ±1% from the first vial to the last. Liquid flows along the vial inner wall to prevent foaming and splashing.

4. Discharge to Stoppering & Capping
Filled vials are conveyed out of the filling zone directly into the stoppering and capping machine, continuing the washing-sterilizing-filling-capping sequence without exposure to the environment.
