The Powder Vial Filling Line is an integrated system that may combine vial washing, tunnel sterilization oven, vial feeding, powder filling, stoppering, capping, inspection, and line transfer into one continuous process.
At the core of the line, the filling machine uses a servo-driven auger dosing system with interchangeable dosing wheels, which keeps powder filling weight stable from the first vial to the last. With 2 to 20 filling heads and a filling range of 0.5 to 100 ml, the line can be configured to match different output targets and product characteristics. Different powder characteristics, such as flowability and bulk density, are reviewed during project engineering to select the right dosing combination for your product.

How it works
- Ultrasonic Washing: Cleans the inner and outer walls of glass vials using ultrasonic waves and pressurized water or gas jets.
- Sterilizing & Drying: Uses a laminar flow tunnel with preheating, heating, and cooling zones to dry, sterilize, and remove heat sources/pyrogens from the vials.
- Powder Dosing & Filling: Dispenses precise micro-dosages of sterile powder (such as powdered antibiotics) into the vials utilizing vacuum/pressure powder wheels or auger screw systems.
- Stoppering (Bunging): Inserts rubber stoppers securely into the filled vials under sterile conditions.
- Capping & Sealing: Applies and crimps aluminum or flip-off caps to finalize hermetic container closure and preserve sterility.
