Blood Serum Bottle

1. Bottle Feeding & Positioning
Empty pre-capped serum bottles are fed onto the conveyor and separated by the servo-driven feeding system, which positions each bottle accurately for the stations ahead.

2. Cap Loosening & Lifting (De-capping)
At the de-capping station, a servo motor loosens the screw cap and lifts it slightly, keeping the cap attached to the bottle. The bottle opening is exposed for the shortest time possible, and the inner cap surface is never touched by hand.

3. Precision Filling
The peristaltic filling head descends into the bottle to about two-thirds of its depth and dispenses the serum in a two-stage fill along the inner wall, preventing foaming and splashing. The product only touches the 316L-compatible tubing, keeping the product path hygienic.

4. Level Verification
A liquid level detection system checks each bottle after filling, confirming the correct volume and preventing overfilled or underfilled bottles from moving forward.

5. Re-capping & Torque Tightening
The capping head returns to its position, picks up the lifted cap, and tightens it to a controlled torque using the electronic friction plate. Caps are sealed consistently without over-tightening or damage to the outer cap wall.

6. Discharge & Line Transfer
Finished bottles are released to the outfeed conveyor and transferred to the labeling machine and carton packing machine, completing an automated serum packaging line.
